Rating by category:
It was an old building. The room was not cleaned well which they tried to disguise behind the indian-style interior. Now I have an unpleasant feeling when I recollect the room. No free Wi-Fi.
Proximity to University of Toronto and within walking distance of many downtown amenities and shopping.
The room was small - the bathroom wad very small and basic. The bathroom renovation was sub- par... I would rate it as a 3 star hotel, not 4.
Very comfortable accomodations, close to everything in Toronto. Very convenient and accessible by transit system. Clean room and very quiet as well.
Parking ($25) and breakfast ($45) are too expensive.
the location. I have a few issues with hotel services that I am sending directly to the hotel
my key card to our room had to be exchaged three times because it did not work. Our key to the pool did not work. No hot tub. For a queen room, the bed was awfully small. I do not beleive it was a queen room,
Convenient location to the conference I attended
Air fans in bathrooms never work, Duvet on one bed overlaundered and lumpy - looked like an egg crate under the bedcovering.
The inclusion of a kitchen and utensils, a roomy and very nicely furnished facility, an escellent restaurant!
Good location. Comfortable room.
1) Facing the main street, very noisy 2) no free wifi, need to pay (cad10 for 1 day)
We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and it was perfect for my wife and I and my son and his wife and our grandchild. We got a crib put into their room. The kitchen and dining and living room lent itself to family living in the middle of the city.
Had a chance to see what Toronto was all about, found location to be great, walking distance to a lot of attractions.
The suite was spacious and well designed. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing food. Extra plates, cutlery, etc. were available with little notice. Other special requests were accommodated quickly and at reasonable cost. The professionalism of all staff was evident throughout our stay. We will certainly choose Sutton Place again.
The service was very nice
the suite was a bit plain, the bathroom was dull. i was expecting a bit more of a luxury type suite
The apts were a good size and were relatively modern, had no issues with elevators or blinds
Staff at times were rude
Not enough elevators when the hotel is full and to support staff up-and-down for internal services. many times it took more than 5 minutes waiting to get one.
The vertical blinds, some not working
